India's ongoing ODI series against Bangladesh is not going well at all. This is the team's series loss, among which the team is facing serious problems like injuries. Captain Rohit Sharma has already been sidelined with an injury. He will not be able to play in the third and final match of the ODI series due to a finger injury. Indian team head coach Rahul Dravid confirmed this.

Rohit injured his finger while fielding in the second ODI of the series at Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium. He was immediately taken off the field. Even due to the seriousness of the condition, Rohit had to go to the hospital. But in the end, during the disaster of the team, he was again on the field. Even batting with bandaged hands, the captain could not bring victory to the team.

Now the new news is known, Rohit has to return to his country due to serious injury. Dravid said that his finger will be treated by a specialist in Chennai. For now, the X-ray report done in Bangladesh shows that the bones of his finger have been dislocated. However, no cracks were found in the flesh. Meanwhile, it is not known whether captain Rohit will be available in the Test series.

On the other hand, apart from Rohit, there are multiple injury reports in the Indian camp. That is why Kuldeep Sen could not play in the second ODI. His place has been filled by young pacer Umran Malik. Deepak Chahar has suffered a hamstring injury. He suffered this injury while bowling in the second ODI. However, despite batting in the second match, Chahar also had to be dropped from the third ODI.

It should be noted that India has already lost the series by losing the first two matches of the three-match ODI series. The third ODI will be played at Zahoor Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong. In Sagarika's batting paradise, Virat Kohli will aim to avoid a whitewash against the Tigers. However, it remains to be seen how much Lyton, who is leading 2-0, can withstand the morale of the slaves.
